I’m not used to feeling this happy or loved by the people in my life or having any sort of self esteem but being mentally healthy has literally been like a night and day change. I feel like I can care about people in ways that depression didn’t allow me to and I feel things more genuinely now that it’s not secondary to all the toxic negative stuff. I’m such a broken record but this is so foreign to me and yeah everything is really good.
