Ingredients: 3 pieces of Naan flatbread. 2 Opal apples, thinly sliced. 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled. 1/4 cup caramelized onions. 1/4 cup fresh arugula. 1/4 cup balsamic glaze. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Place the Naan flatbreads on a baking sheet. For Option 1 - Apple & Goat Cheese Pizza: a. Spread crumbled goat cheese evenly on one Naan flatbread. b. Arrange Opal apple slices over the goat cheese. c. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. d. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly. e. Remove from the oven, top with fresh arugula, and drizzle with balsamic glaze. For Option 2 - Caramelized Onion & Apple Pizza: a. Spread caramelized onions evenly on one Naan flatbread. b. Layer Opal apple slices on top of the onions. c. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the apples. d. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. e. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden. For Option 3 - Apple & Arugula Pizza: a. Place Opal apple slices evenly on one Naan flatbread. b. Add mozzarella cheese over the apples. c. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. d. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. e. Remove from the oven, top with fresh arugula, and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Slice each pizza into wedges and serve immediately.
