Today after the gym and some yoga I went to take my picture for today and something kept going wrong. I was thinking I just need to get this picture and every time I’d check my recording, my foot was cut off, the camera was crooked and the mat was cut off, or it was blurry. I sat down for a min and reviewed the different variations I had tried, picked my favorite and went back in front of the camera once again to try it out. I was more relaxed this time and not too worried about getting the perfect pic and it went much smoother. When you put too much pressure on yourself to be something it’s harder to achieve.
