I'm still working on the next chapter of drop them bones, but I took a little mental detour to write about 21k words of LawLu in about 48 hours as part of the One Piece Fan Exchange for honeyowlao3...

Law’s new neighborhood is… quirky. But it’s closer to the hospital he works at, and the café next door offers decent coffee. He doesn’t want to get involved in anyone’s lives, but then he meets a firefighter named Luffy, and before he realizes it, his life will never be the same.

A modern AU featuring Law and Luffy sharing a condo, a cat named Merry, and crew movie nights. Some angst, some fluff, explicit sex, and a guaranteed happy ending.

Monet has brought armies to their knees, killed innocents without an ounce of remorse, and overthrown kingdoms from within. She has done all that and so much more in Doffy’s name. The Monet of the present still does all of those things, but she’s also so much more: she’s a wife, a life partner, someone’s treasure. She never thought she would enjoy it this much.
