Less than 3 weeks until @sealfit Kokoro Camp. We put @carmy411 through a 2 mile run with grinderpt then a variation of Sand Baby Murph. With a 40 pound sandbag that you are never allowed to put down It involved a 800 meter run, 100 push press, 200 Lunges with the sandbag in the chest carry position, 150 SitUps, 150 Squats then a 800 meter run. It was a grinder workout. Marcus did great and never set the bag down!
