What exactly does it mean when you're crying out to the heavens and wailing while driving down a country road and SUDDENLY YOU SEE THE BIGGEST CHONKIEST OPPOSSUM. AND HE'S FLOPPING HIS WAY ACROSS THE ROAD. AND YOU SCREAM OUT IN TERROR AND SLAM YOUR BRAKES AND CLOSE YOUR EYES(why did I close my eyes? Who knows.) BUT OH, OH LORD, HEAVEN HELP ME THAT BUMP WAS HORRIFYING, and you keep driving and now you're sitting there like well maybe...maybe that was a sign...you may not be Moses but it's not every day you hit a Freaking. Oppossum. At 40 mph. And so you turn around to check out the carnage of the little dude partially because you feel awful for possibly murdering the tiny mammal rat man(and what if it's a MAMA? WHAT IF SHE'S PREGGERS?!?!? you feel awful) but ALSO you go back bc what if. I mean. God might strike you down you never know at this point because you almost hit a Bastard Ratdude. So you go back and he's escaped???? But you definitely ran over his tail and ripped it up. I wanna throw up. I saw a miracle in the road or something. Either that or I'm about to go down in flames. Not sure.
