Last month we lost our sweet boy Blazco to heart failure. I grieve through my art, and right now that's mostly looking like miniature painting. A friend got me this set of Animal Adventures minis, and the fluffy, gormless little bard felt the most like Blazco to me. The pebble in his basing is from my neighborhood, tying him to the place he lived. There was never a heart so full of love nor a head so bereft of thought. I miss this beautiful little dingus every single day.

phyllis isn’t my first rabbit, but she is def one of the smartest i’ve had!

having a rabbit is like living with a cat, a dog, and something from another planet all at once.

when she is annoyed with me, phyllis will face away from me and basically just show me her butt to let me know for sure that she is annoyed with me and i am not worthy of being acknowledged.
