Another Easter side - mom’s after-church 🍊 orange jello 🍊 I make fun of those old jello recipes you see in 60s/70s for being disgusting but there is one jello recipe I love. Mom taught me to make this for our after church dinners when I was still living at home and it is ridiculously delicious! Orange jello with some oj concentrate and mandarin oranges topped with a vanilla pudding and cool whip topping! So good! I bought some pumpkin ice cube molds, and then got way into Jello making...again. Orange Jello mixed with condensed milk for the pumpkins themselves, which are suspended in clear gelatin with a green Jello background. Used silicone cupcake liners to form the green blobs. That went well. None of this Jello adventure was a terrible idea, but I wish that the pumpkins looked a little more like pumpkins.
