Seiichirou caught the sight of it from the corner of his eye. He wasn’t one to get distracted from work too easily but this truly got his full attention. Someone wearing a large orange hoodie is at the building wall opposite to the library, painting with a spraypaint bottle. At first Seiichirou assumes it an art project but then something about it doesn’t sit right. The location, for starts, seems wrong. Surely art projects would be placed differently. 

Seiichirou frowns. He doesn’t enjoy involving himself but there doesn’t seem to be any staff around, for whatever reason so in the end he heads out, staring for a moment before he loudly clears his throat to gain attention of the mystery painter.
