The "we can still be friends" bit was hot too. Grian's already shown that he doesn't hesitate to push people around to get what he wants and will kill anything if it doesn't serve a purpose to him. Yet he went back to Mumbo. And Mumbo couldn't do anything except take what Grian was giving to him. That. Is. So. Hot. -

Okay don’t get me wrong, I see where you’re coming from, but that scene was hot in a pathetic kinda way. I don’t think Grian was being controlling there. Did you hear the way he squealed “we can be friends again!” when he saw Mumbo after turning yellow? My man was sad and desperate, which can absolutely be hot in its own right, but in more of a poor little meow meow kinda way

How do you know when someone new is added to your system? And how do you find out information about them like their species, age, whether they're a fictive/factive, etc?

in short, it's hard to tell & takes time and guesswork

in long, usually we'll find ourself acting just a little different. we're less certain who's in front and feel dissociated more often. we might make a new playlist or wear clothes we haven't in a while.

sometimes we'll go to say our own name and say something wrong or remember more/less of our own history and personal information (legal name, birthday, body age, location etc)

sometimes we will see someone new in headspace and then just... wait for him to front (if he's able) and usually then he can make a pluralkit bot and write down as much about himself as he wants.

for example when we got Tim Drake he fronted immediately and made himself a bot and a short bio. when we got Jason Todd he downloaded a bunch of "get to know me Leo" zodiac worksheets and sent them in our discord. we're still uncertain if we have a Dick Grayson and have been for a few weeks.

as for factive/fictive usually it just depends who they are, like oh a comic character? fictive. minecraft mob? fictive. a lot of our mcyt introjects are fucktives bc they feel a connection to their irl counterpart as well their c!counterpart

Now I'm curious about what you know of the batman series. I think you said that you don't read any comics. Have you seen any of the shows?

oooo ok ye i haven't read any of the comics bc I've never had a huge interest in Batman Himself, buut my dad watched Titans(hbo) with me last march and after s3 i got hyperfixated.

ive seen dark knight and batman begins (albeit in school and i didnt pay attention). ive seen the justice league movie, the wonder woman movie & the aquaman movie when they all came out

my batfam hyperfix led me to watch all of young justice, and i recently started watching flash & arrow on netflix

i watched under the red hood & son of batman

(also when i was like a baby i was obsessed with superman so ive seen his older movies a lot but like not in 10-15 years)

im working my way through the DC hub on hbomax lmaoo
