Kirino Kousaka : Bunny ver [Oreimo 2] 1/4 scale from FREEing coming October 2024.
Oreimo 2 is the second season of My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute. In this review, I rank the girls and discuss the end.
Recenzja nr 17: Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai 1+2
Coś jednak popchnęło mnie do obejrzenie obu sezonów serii. I początkowo poczułem pewną ulgę - anime nie przyjęło niezdrowego podejścia do relacji siostrzano-bracianych. Do czasu...
Anime Review: Oreimo(Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai ) & Oreimo 2 (Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai 2 ) : A full guide to tsundere otome imoutos, harems, cat fights and really difficult relationships
I want to emphasise that I started writing this on September 2015
[SPOILER ALERT]
Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai is one of the anime I can’t really say I like or hate. It’s a fairly good anime but at some point I lost my opinion on it. Let me start by telling the story.
The story start with the main character Kyousuke
and the main waifu (that is not the main heroin) then after some time we are briefly introduced to Kirino, the heroin
By Hiro Kanzaki
The catch is that later we discover Kirino’s fatal secret, she’s a lolicon eroge player otome. Yeah… Pretty cool huh? With that she is a 99% tsun and 1% dere. Pretty complicated. The thing is, she can’t show to people her hobbies to family and friend although she’s a perfect student and a part-time model (really) cuz either her parents or friends Kanako & Ayase will judge her. After some real tense moments falls to Kyousuke’s hands to save his sister’ s hobby and as a great Aniki he confronts his ultra conservative father with all his means. It’s quite a good scene. The series follow till the point Kirino notices she has no one to talk about her hobby, afflicted by that she goes again to her Onii-chan for guidance. She ends up in an online forum and later meet the members of it (girls only btw), in the meeting we get to know 2 of the key characters in the series (I just remember the nicknames-_-) Kuroneko
By Hiro Kanzaki
and Bagina(yea this lame in so many levels). Stuff continues till Kirino and friends write a fanfic to sell, at the event she meets Ayase which starts aad circle of me asking myself if in Japan they got something against otakus(I’m not talking about weeabos). Basically Ayase hates amnga and related and starts to suspect Kirino of liking it, Kirino denys and call off her otaku friends and once again it falls to Kyousuke to fix everything. Later on Kirino writes a nobel which have been adapted to an anime but the studio guys shoot down her high hopes on nearly all assets, she hets stressed with other stuff and then sick and guess what? Onii-chan to the rescue. By episode 12 (as I remember) we get to version, like, when did I start to play a VN? One of those is the good end which ends the series and the other is the original that Kirino travel to USA to a special academy for sports like a sport exchange. But back in Japan Kyousuke starts dating Kuroneko which to me is the top part of the whole series and the fist season ends. Second season starts off without the main heroin-I even questioned myself about that. 3-4 episodes in Kirino didn’t reply calls or any of the kind and suddenly texts “Throw my otaku stuff out” and with that Kyousuke decides to go bring back his imouto cuz why not? He really goes there and things roll up but she comes back to find out that her brother is dating her best friend, result, jealousy. She then gets a guy to pretend to be her boyfriend but Kyousuke discovers that and Kirino has an emotional breakdown about how she feels Kuroneko is stealing him from her. Then for her own reasons Kuroneko breaks with Kyousuke and without notice moves to another city- spme really touching parts there- but Kirino sees her brother afflicted by that and helps him track down Kuroneko and get things straight and for the first time in series Kirino fix stuff, then they become friends again and so on. Later because of fate Kyousuke becomes Kanako’s agent on her pop star life…. Ok I guess. And then we meet the final arc of the series. Kyousuke wants to enroll in a college that his father disapproves so they make a bet If Kyousuke can live by himself and pass his father will pay his tuition, the father rents a apartment for Kyousuke and get him to leave there for 3 months before the entrance exam. And things go on and on, stuff happens and for some reason literally ALL the girls decide to declare themselves to him, one at a time (by then you could say it was the final lap of the race) and it's at this point my whole hate comes together and becomes the why I hate this series but need to recommend it. Aside from breaking up with Kuroneko for the jealousy of his sister (that is a pretty lame reason), when all the girls confess to him (including Kuroneko again the son of a fuck refuses them all in a streak for just a KISS of 350 frames(matter of fact it was like 2-3 seconds long). Like, WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU!? He could have ended up with Kuroneko that would have been 10/10 for life but you chose to get out with nothing. Fuck. I really spoiled out everything there but the fact is that I have to say to you to watch it, just don't be like me, don't expect wincest like I did, the last gemsof that are Yosuga no Sora and Aki-Sora.
Finished watching OreImo's second season a couple minutes ago. I must admit it made me tear up that it ended the way it did, even with the situation that was involved.
