Every single Squidbagging during the distraction period, is a bad offensive move as unfortunate and illegal. Gamers & Streamers are negatively advised to stop playing some games, ragequitting & kill with a suicidal like Etika... in a salty way. If resisted for the Squidbagging and more... A whopping heavy violation rule of Nintendo's Code of Conduct: Section A, Nintendo Account User Agreement: Section 9 & 13, Republic Act #10175 or Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 & other miscellaneous charges in exact order. It was completely punisable fine of PHP200,000++ in a first offense and it will be sentenced immediately to a single year imprisonment with indefinite deportation and/or limited parole.

We reached out to Nintendo but, one of the inquiries is refused us for a complied comment. As they said, these Splatoon players will sometime gets resistedly illegal during the Turf War or in regular online matches... You could be, your next bannable person alone or both. Play responsibly for the teams instead.

As sea levels rise, oceans get warmer and cyclones become more intense, coastal fishermen are among the first to feel the repercussions of global warming. But, according to a new study, the Indian government is doing little to take them into consideration in its efforts to combat climate change.

India’s national policy on climate change does not include a focus on coastal ecosystems, and state governments design policies without considering the effects on poor fishermen, said the report, published by the International Collective in Support of Fishworkers on Friday.

“The government has declared eight climate missions, but the coast has no separate mention in those, even though the Indian coast is the most fundamental area in terms of climate change,” said Chandrika Sharma, the group’s executive director, at the Convention on Biological Diversity in Hyderabad on Friday. “The observations that fishing communities have about climate change taking place on the coast – in wind patterns, currents, rainfall patterns, and changing locations of fisheries – are amazing.”

The study links rising global temperatures to a multitude of consequences on India’s fisherman, from having to go further out to sea to catch seasonal fish, to losing lives in sudden and unexpected storms. In addition, the study’s authors say pollution from industrial waste and urban development along shorelines are more damaging to fish ecosystems when combined with the effects of climate change.

As a result, fishing communities in India have increased their dependence on credit and are more aggressively fishing local stocks.

India’s official plan against climate change outlines eight wide-ranging priorities like increasing the use of solar power and conserving more water, though protecting coastal areas is not one of them.

Pradip Chatterjee, secretary of the National Fishworkers’ Forum, said that fishermen could provide useful knowledge in designing policies to protect marine areas, which he said are often obtuse to local realities.

“The government of India has done something to address climate change, but it has not consulted the fishing community,” Mr. Chatterjee said. “That is the main problem.”

For instance, he said, small dams that are constructed by the government in the Sunderban forest block the flow of silt, raising water levels.

Government officials dismissed the idea that fishermen were neglected in actions against climate change. “Fixing the coastal zone is an ongoing effort,” Hem Pande, a senior official at the Ministry of Environment and Forests. “And in this country you can’t implement anything without taking everyone on board.

The study interviewed fishermen from four states. According to the latest estimates, India is the world’s third largest producer of fish, employing 14.4 million people.

The protection of marine and coastal habitats has been a hot issue at this year’s United Nations summit on biodiversity, currently underway in Hyderabad. One of the convention’s targets is to bring 10 percent of all coastal and marine areas under protection, while another aims to curb overfishing by 2020. Although Convention officials say coastal communities will be included in designing these measures, some fishermen have come to the convention to protest the targets.

Indeed, there is an uneasy relationship between saving the environment, taking action against climate change and protecting the rights of small-scale fishermen, especially in developing countries. The ICSF study acknowledged that fishing industry contributes to global warming and ecological destruction itself, as the number of motorized fishing boats and overfishing increases. 

Mr. Chatterjee said the most important issue for fishermen was to reduce pollution and other forms of environmental damage whose harmful effects are exacerbated by climate change.

“Control the destruction of mangroves and beach vegetation. Control the oil spills. Control the ship wrecks happening in many places along the coast. If you control these things – pollution, overfishing, destruction of mangroves – then the effects of climate change will be lowered.”
