anyways, the first one: Rules of the Internet

Capable of rewriting reality, he uses his position of power to be the one to write the rules of the world but it has a bit of a temper, it may use his powers to make you suffer if you make it angry

Blue Screen of Death: A harbinger of death, often appears when the life of an object is nearing it's end or to take someone early, they are the most lethal to electrical based objects as being near them may cause glitches or a full on blue screen

Both ROTI and BSOD have a rivalry with each other, Rules can't write her out of existence and Blue Screen can't kill him
