oscillates replied to your post: Canada isn't that great, in my opinion theres not much culture and what languages do you speak?

There’s plenty of culture in both Toronto and Montreal. I’m not sure what this person is talking about. Toronto is one of the largest film-sites in the world (known as Hollywood North) and Montreal is plenty artsy and cultured.

i guess it really depends on the part of the country you live in. every country has some places that are not so neat or cultured than the rest and i think Canada is no exception. maybe the person just meant those places?
