❝ You do know what they do to witches up there, don’t you? ❞
“No, but I guess the important part is if Geli knows. Maybe we shouldn’t let her go in the witch costume, huh?”
He groped through the closet, squinting to make out what hung inside. The light wasn’t great and there was some dust on the light. It said a lot about how the three of them were about outfits, he supposed. All work, no play.
“The three of us aren’t really dress-up people, but we better pick something – it’s for charity and the UN’s watching. I hate this costume ball stuff as much as the next guy, but there’s not much choice in the matter.”

Librarians OT3 prompt: How about a fic with the LITs going trick-or-treating, or something else, to explain their costumes in the Halloween promo. Bonus points for including Jenkins' reaction to Ezekiel dressing up as him.
Jake fiddled with his armor as he waited for the other two to show up. They needed to get into a art gallery in Seattle for a case, and of course it was having a Halloween party that night. He had just thrown together some apocalyptic cyborg, and was looking forward to seeing what the others did.
Cassandra found him first, and he couldn’t stop the grin from his face. ‘That’s adorable,” he smirked, reaching out to play with her cat ears.
Cassandra beamed and swatted at him. “Yours is good too,” she smiled.
Jake grinned and was about to respond when Cassandra saw something behind him and starting laughing, putting her hand over he mouth to muffle it.
Jake raised his eyebrows and turned to see Ezekiel. Once again, he couldn’t stop the grin on his face.
“I’m Jenkins,” The thief smirked as he came up to them. “Aww, look at Cat!Cassie,” he grinned going over to her and poking at the poufy skirt she wore. She leaned against him, resting her painted face on his shoulder, still giggling.
Jake shook his head at the two of them. “You know he’ll kill you if he sees that, right?” He asked.
Ezekiel just smirked. “Come on, we’ve got a case to solve,” he said, taking Cassandra’s hand and leading them through the Annex. Jake followed behind, and as they neared the doors, Jenkins walked passed them. Jake could just see the annoyed frown on his face as they passed him. Jake shook his head and followed the other two through the doors, a smile still on his face.
the librarians and the Christmas party? their first Christmas together in their new place.
Starting the holidays early huh? :P I’ll see what I can do! Hope you like it!
Cassandra was in the kitchen, pulling a ham out of the oven, when she heard the door to their apartment open and two familiar voices making their way toward her.
“I still don’t get why you like pecan pie,” Ezekiel was teasing as he walked into the kitchen, glancing behind him.
Jake rolled his eyes. “Says the man who likes lemon meringue,” he deadpanned, eyebrow raised judgingly.
Ezekiel shrugged and settled himself in a out of the way corner so he could watch the other two.
Jake walked over beside Cassandra, giving her a kiss on the cheek, setting the bags in his hands beside her. “Need help with anything?” he asked glancing around at the crowded counter.
There was a big bowl of homemade mashed potatoes that he’d helped with before Ezekiel and him had made one last run to the store. There was also some green beans and sour crème salad that Cassandra had made. All that was left was dessert.
“Nope, we’re all done. Eve said they were bringing wine, and some crackers and spread she likes. What kind of pies did you get?” Cassandra asked taking the bag.
“Pecan and Apple,” Jake said as she opened the boxes and glanced at them.
“We got whipped crème too since we were out,” Ezekiel said, a smirk on his face.
Cassandra glanced up at him, a blush rising on her face as she remembered the other night, celebrating their first apartment together.
Jake chuckled and wrapped his arm around her, tugging playfully at her hair.
Cassandra just huffed and swatted at him. “Well I’m going to go change, they’ll be here any minute. You guys can put those in the oven and get the lights turned on if you want.”
Ezekiel nodded and stretched. “Will do.”
Cassandra patted Jakes hand, taking his arm off her and quickly made her way to Ezekiel, giving him a quick hug and a kiss before making her way to their bedroom.
She spent some time digging through various draws to find her things, (it’d been a challenge, getting three peoples cloths in the two dressers and small closet that was all they could fit in their room) and changed out of her pajamas and into one of her few pairs of jeans and one of her nicer sweaters. She let her hair down and ran a brush through it, and made her way out into the living room.
Ezekiel was kneeling by the now lite Christmas tree, poking at presents.
“Hey,” she laughed. “Get out. Only a few more hours, then we’ll open them. You already got one this morning.”
They decided to all open one present. Ezekiel had gotten a collection of UFO conspiracy books from her. Jake had gotten a very nice leather jacket from Ezekiel, and Cassandra had gotten a lovely personalized charm bracelet from Jake with charms for things like pi and books as well as musical notes.
Ezekiel groaned and leaned against her legs. “Fine. I hope you appreciate the restraint I’ve been showing,” he teased, looking up at her.
Cassandra just grinned down at him, hand drifting to his head to play with his hair. She was about to say something when there was a knock on the door. She grinned and made her way to the door, opening it and throwing herself at Eve.
“Happy Birthday,” She said, stepping back only to give Flynn a quick hug as well.
Eve grinned at her. “Thanks Red. Going to let us in?” she asked shifting the bags in her arms.
Cassandra ginned, and stepped back into the apartment, holding the door open for them. “Come on in.”
They did, Flynn’s hand falling to Eve’s back as they made their way to the kitchen.
Cassandra could hear Jake great them and smiled. It was nice to have family for the holidays.
Hey guys, I want some practice writing OT3! Send me some Jake/Cassandra/Ezekiel prompts?
