I’m fucking done choosing between “good” movies and shows and my pride and identity as a Jewish person. No more ignoring that crawling feeling I get when I feel like a character is Antisemitic for the sake of some movie/show that’s otherwise “good”. I am Not putting up with it anymore. No more Parks and Rec or Grand Budapest Hotel or Ocean’s Eleven (or any of those other slightly older movies with the slightly seedy old man moneylender who uses gratuitous Yiddish in the one scene he’s in for the movie.) No more.
