Since there is an Otis Outage and I'm a sick people pleaser, I've decided to bring our boy into the fun

So I introduce to you Otis Dankworth

He's a friendly guy, pretty chill in general unless you're a close friend, then he's a ball of chaotic energy. He's 24 years old (but acts like he's 9 on sugar sometimes), 5'11'', loves his video games and is a god at them, has a bachelor's degree in computer science, is looking into becoming a web developer with his apartment roommate who he's totally not dating, has a part-time job at Arby's with said roommate, and is a huge fan of Keith's music.

Neither he nor Pico know that they're related, but that may change once Otis finally gets a chance to meet his music idol up close and personal..

He has a guitar and plays it whenever he's bored or burnt out from stuff. He likes any kind of rock, electric, dubstep, hip-hop, and alternative music. He's often seen as annoying because of his energy, but he finds a way to creep in your heart if you find yourself sticking around a lot.

His parents were divorced since he was 4 years old, so he ended up living back and forth with them under joint custody. Aside from that, his life has been on the safe side since both his parents tried their best to make sure he didn't lack anything a child should growing up. They might not have gotten along together anymore, but they still loved their son dearly and agreed that their problems should never interfere with his life, as they're aware that such a story is unfortunately relevant and the consequence are damaging.

Unbeknownst to his family, Otis at some point met up with his uncle whom his mother had spoken growing up somewhere around the city upon graduating college. He doesn't know a lot about Adams besides the fact that he's his uncle, but he thinks the old hobo could use a friend or two, even if he does look a little shady. Hmm, didn't mom say he once had a kid...?

Hhgrghrh too tired to color in but here's Gibbons, or as his name here will be, Gibson Blair

He's 20 years old, 5'9, and Otis' roommate. They've been best homies since elementary and have had each others backs for years. Whether these close friends are dating or not is a question the world may never know. FUN FACT: "Gibbons" is actually a nickname Otis gave Gibson. In return he nicknamed Otis "Otter"

Just for the giggles, who among your cast of characters has the most cake on them? =3

I was about to say Keith because "oh this man eats half a cake himself and would beg for the other half," then it clicked and I'm. Oh. Oh you mean that cake ahsjsgh

Cherry (obviously), Pico, Otis, and Darnell. Yes Otis and Darnell have cake too because I said so. Leave me alone [-crying on the floor-]

Nene claims she has cake but she's really just naturally flat. Pico keeps telling her this only to earning himself a ">:OO HOW DARE YOU, YOU JUST WANT TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOUR OWN CAKE!"

Which is silly because Pico himself denies he has cake, then he turns around to walk off and- welp, cake.

Ignoring that drama you mentioned, how well would you say Otis and Pico would get along during their first meeting? Oh and does he become friends with his idol there (aka Keith)? =D

Pico's a little suspicious of him, at him, and possibly envious, but he later comes to the result that Otis is a good fella, even though his chipper and eager attitude kind of makes his eye twitch now and then. Otis thinks his old cousin needs a vacation or two to loosen up, but he likes hanging around with him, mostly to mess around about his wrinkles and graying hair "I do not have gray hair." "Yeah you do, look on your hair line there's several gray strands! They look neat on you actually! :D" "Is that supposed to make me feel better?"

Otis does get to befriend Keith! He's very giddy about it and often surprises the latter about his nerdy knowledge of his music. Otis knows all about his albums from the date they were released to the lyrics and each beat. A Boyfriend fanboy since his teenage days, he's a loyal fan. Keith may think of him sort of like a little brother, and they'll often play games together whenever they get the chance (Pico knows when he's at it on Call of Duty with Otis when he's got the headset and is screaming through the voice chat with him while jumping up and down).

Would Keith be dumb enough to mistake Otis as Pico? Like a, “Wait. Why did you dye your hair?” kinda thing.

If he looked closely, possibly? Like a "huh that looks like- wait what? Did he dye his hair?? What happens to his freckles? No way he's taller-"

He'd try to talk to this Faker Pico, wanting to ask if he has anything to do with the actual ginger, but he won't be able to ask much before he's bombarded with a bunch of fanboy praise and pleading for autographs (Otis is a huge fan, I'll explain in another post ahkshjsk).

Later he goes home to Pico and casually out of the blue asks if he had any other known family members and Pico just looks at him like he grew two heads

The drama ensues.

omg Has Pico and Otis ever had to go against each other in court?

Not yet, but I can't deny I haven't thought of it before 👀the tension..

Just for humor, what would Pico's reaction be if Otis' roommate so happened to be a certain beeping blue-haired >:D gremlin? :P

"How- how the fuck did you meet him?"

"I found him in a trash bin for some reason. He seemed cute! Also told me a funny joke, so I brought him over." "Just- just because he said a fuckin' JOKE? This guy coulda been a serial killer and you let him in ya damn apartment just 'cause he told ya a JOKE?!"

"Oh come on how could something so adorable be a serial killer? You're paranoid, old man." "I am NOT paranoid and I ain't old! You don't know the fuckin' HORRORS that little shit's done!"

"Are you even real? This little guy? [-holds him up-]" ">:D" "YES! That little DEMON! PUT IT DOWN!"

I'm sorry but that Keno guy you reblogged- holy shit that's an Otis?! He looks so different from him that I wouldn't have even known he was an Otis if it weren't for me noticing your tags asjksajk

Out of curiosity, what are your Pico's and Otis' reactions to learning that Keno guy is another Otis? I hope they're just as flabbergasted as me here lol

Pico's amused, genuinely think he looks far too good to be his annoying younger cousin. Otis is, well, he's also amused but a little jealous too because holy shit
