Otomate, in collaboration with Pasela the karaoke bar, will be offering a special Collar x Malice menu. From June 12 until July 28, you can enjoy -

Food Menu:

Aiji’s (cv Morita Masakazu) Easy-To-Make Pepperoncino - 850 yen Cabbage, takanoshime, red chili pepper, pasta and bacon

Kei’s (cv Kaji Yuki) Salmon Roe and Crackers Salad - 900 yen Avocado dip sauce, chicken, salmon roe, cherry tomatoes and nut dressing

Kageyuki’s (cv Kimura Ryouhei) Grilled Eggs of Memory - 600 yen ($5.50) Fried chicken, octopus wieners and an omelette

Hero’s Strawberry Dolce Plate 780 yen ($7.00) Dark cherries, strawberry mille crepe, framboise sauce and strawberry ice cream

Drink Menu:

Mineo’s (cv Saitou Souma) Pure Heart Cherry Soda - 650 yen ($5.90) Cherry syrup, grapefruit juice, ginger ale and cherries

Takeru’s (cv Namikawa Daisuke) Milk Sugar Coffee - 680 yen ($6.00) Coffee gelatin, vanilla syrup, whipped cream, coffee and edible silver bead decorations

Hana Favorite Sweet, Whipped Milk - 680 yen ($6.00) Cherry syrup, strawberry syrup, milk, strawberry whipped cream, white chocolate and edible silver bead decorations

Morioka and Minegishi’s Cup of Adulthood - 800 yen ($7.25) Whiskey and cranberry juice, with a set of chocolate truffles

I'm in Tokyo again~ I went to otomate cafe yesterday and got the Hakuoki themed drink and dessert~ 😂 Look at those gold flakes in the drink though. So fancy!!

More photos of the Otomate cafe in Pasela Akihabara! Their menu has changed as has their reservation system. You now need to reserve a ticket through Loppi ticketing machines at any Lawsons convenience store. For the L code search for 'オトメイト' here http://l-tike.com/ or just search for these characters using the search function of the Loppi machine - bottom row, large button on left (ローソン　チケット); brings you to a menu that has a button with a magnifying glass on it, if I  recall correctly. You now need to pay a Y1000 charge when you reserve the tickets but I believe that includes a service drink. You also get a free badge at the cafe. The service drink does not come with a coaster.

If you want extra help try asking a staff member for help. You will probably need help with inputing your name. Try to have a katakana version of your name handy as you will need it. Try asking 'ロッピーは予約を助けることができる？オトメイト カフェは予約します。[Loppi wa yoyaku　o  tasukeru koto ga dekiru? Otomeito cafe wa yoyaku shimasu].

I'm not 100% sure about my Japanese but this should get your point across hopefully. For Eorzea (エオゼア）just substitute it for Otomate.
