OT UPDATES!

Hi friends! It’s been a while, so I thought I’d post a quick update about what I’ve been doing.

May 2016: Graduated with a Masters degree in occupational therapy!

June 2016: Passed the NBCOT and became an OTR/L

September 2016: Accepted a full time position in a SNF

So now I’m working full time like an actual adult, and trying to learn as much as I can to be a better practitioner.

If anyone has questions about what OT is, or wants tips for passing the NBCOT, landing your first job, etc.... Please ask me! I would love to share resources, experiences, and help however I can.

OT problems

So today was the releasing of outright failures... I remember last year i didn't go home for another week so I can see the student numbers posted myself.. I can say that I know the feeling seeing your student number posted on that bulletin and talking to my friends who were on the list today still hurts and I can't even comfort them..
