Day 2 / 5km. My personal RunForFun challenge. It’s just amazing to move, to breath fresh air and to run just for fun. For a long time I was running to push myself. I felt pain, stress, anxiety, hopelessness and only after I had finished my race I could feel relax and happinesses. I thought it was the right way of doing sport. A lot of people quit jogging just because they feel unpleasant feelings in their bodies while running. So... if you think you hate jogging, I think it’s just an excuse not to do anything. RunForFun is my mini challenge to run for fun, to enjoy the process and take all advantages of this sporty habit.
