Let me just share my favourite photos of today's protest (tap for better quality), photos grabbed from Inquirer PH, a protestor who posted on Facebook, and the creator of the cake.

The Voltes V theme was a jab at Debold Sinas, who held a party (called mañanita) during the quarantine where mass gatherings are not allowed, yet was forgiven by the president. His cake was Voltes V 🤣

So many people went to the protest at UP Diliman despite the weather, the very obvious presence of the police in fatigues, and the threat of arrests.

I've never been prouder of Filipinos.

Sharing this here for any worst case scenario that might happen here in the Philippine Government.

If you have the privilege to speak up on public platforms like social media without the fear of repercussions from the Anti-terrorism law, i urge you to speak up.

The Government should be afraid of its citizen not the other way around. Dissent, protest, magnifying your voice, and being visible can make changes.

The Government’s objective is to serve the people, not enslave the people and deprive them of human rights!
