Fell in a store and couldnt get back up by myself even with my cane which was uh. Super humiliating

#was my stupid knee again. dislocated bc i bent down bc i forgot im Not Allowed To Do That anymore #and i was sitting there for a few minutes first just trying to get my knee back in place while growing cold sweat #and then another few minutes trying to get up but my knee was so painful and slippy that if i put weight on it it immediately started going #out again #and eventually an employee found me and went and found a guy to give me a hand and between that and my cane i could get up without putting #any weight on my knee #but uh. wow i really wanted to cry that sucked so bad #never happened before #last time it happened in a store i managed not to actually collapse #i wish i had a knee brace. or a wheelchair. or maybe just that i was dead. one of those for sure
