I think I need to find a new out-patient team. My nutritionist and I bump heads all the time, my counselor and I have gotten nowhere, and my psychiatrist increases the dosage on medicine way too slowly. Any advice? I would hate to leave them because they mean so much to me, but yeah. I mean maybe it's me that isn't doing any work and not them, but what if it is them that's not helping me? I don't think I could leave them though, I just wouldn't be able to.

Started the partial program today, met a very nice old englishman.

We discussed his first experience of seeing a skunk.

Apparently there are no skunks in the UK(?)

All the women in the group had their last day today.

We played apples to apples.

I don't think it's going to help, but at this point I don't know what else I'm supposed to do.
