Day 25: Jade as Mikasa Ackerman from Attack on Titan

Wow, I really wish I could’ve done my hair like hers for this picture, but I’ve been waaaay too busy to straighten my hair (also lazy whoops).

Nonetheless, it’s a really cold day today so Mikasa was the perfect choice to stay warm! Hope you all like it!

Day #6: Jade as Makoto Tachibana from Free! Iwatobi Swim Club

Yes, I am dressed as my anime husband today. It’s a bit chilly today, but warm enough to wear a skirt so this outfit was the ideal choice! I wore my signature pearl earrings to give a bit more class to the look. 

The yin necklace is just the yin-yang necklaces that me and my girlfriend wear, but if you really want to connect it to Free, think of it as Makoto wears the water-half of Yin-Yang for his best friend (coughandlovercough) Haru.

I was going through my closet and found and orange shirt so naturally this moron was the first character to come to my mind. Day five of outfit October turned out to be none other than Naruto Uzumaki from Naruto. He and Sasuke are soul mates and there's not a thing in this world or the next that will change my mind.

Forgot to share these, but here’s day three and four of the outfit October challenge. Day three was Kuzco from the Emperor’s New Groove. I most certainly walked around all day saying “Bring it on” though anyone who knows me knows I have no groove to throw off, so that’s good at least.

Day four was Jack Skellington from Nightmare Before Christmas. As a child, I thought he was a cool character and all, but it wasn’t until I got older and started to really understand his struggle that I really feel in love.

So maybe work a closplay mix well enough. It’s still just the beginning though.

Boom, day two of business casual closplay continues with my very first role-play muse and all-time favorite character, Itachi Uchiha from Naruto. I picked a flowy dress for his cloak and a red jacket for the clouds. I suppose this outfit could really be any of the Akatsuki, but I had Itachi in mind when I made it.

Bonus points because I chased down a kitten in a parking lot.

Closplay and work are hard to mix, but in this case I believe I managed to make Maka Albarn from Soul Eater look just business casual enough to pass dress code. Here’s to many more attempts at business casual closplay!
