PLEASE READ THIS Ok, the amount of people asking me about bail bonds being eliminated is overwhelming. The new proposed bill will mean that one judge will get to determine your freedom. (The right to Bail Bonds is in our Constitution). My personal thought is that the Bail schedule should have been reformed. Bail Bonds cost is very high in California just like our car insurance, medical Ins, property & taxes, our everything here in California!!! ...it is the highest rate of the entire country. WHO is going to make people go to court? If you get busted for a fight on Friday night, Are you going to go to court to take your punishment? Out Of My Control… When it comes to dealing with our problems, we should focus on the things that are in our control, rather than the ones that are out of it. For example, if we’re trying to lose weight, we should focus on eating healthy and exercising, rather than on the number on the scale.
