These no-bake butterscotch pretzel bars are a delightful combination of sweet and salty flavors, with the crunch of pretzels and the richness of butterscotch. They are easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without turning on the oven.
Ingredients: 2 cups butterscotch chips. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 3 cups pretzel twists, coarsely chopped. 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of a 9x13-inch baking pan, leaving some extra to hang over the sides. Put butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a large bowl that can go in the microwave. For 30 seconds at a time, stir the mixture every 30 seconds until it is completely melted and smooth. When the mixture is melted, add the marshmallows and pretzel pieces. Mix until the coating is even. Put the mix into the baking pan that has been prepared. Press it firmly into an even layer with your hands or a spatula. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets. When the bars are set, use the extra parchment paper to lift them out of the pan. Cut it up into bars or squares. Serve and have fun!

Indulge in these decadent gluten-free treats that combine the flavors of chocolate chip cookie dough and brownies into one irresistible bite-sized dessert. Perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings without needing to turn on the oven!
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips. 1 batch of gluten-free brownie mix, prepared according to package instructions. 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips, melted.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix almond flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips. Using a small cookie scoop, form cookie dough balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to set. Meanwhile, prepare the gluten-free brownie mix according to package instructions. Allow the brownies to cool slightly. Take a scoop of brownie batter and flatten it in your palm. Place a frozen cookie dough ball in the center and wrap the brownie batter around it, forming a ball. Repeat with the remaining cookie dough balls and brownie batter. Dip each brownie bomb into the melted dairy-free chocolate until fully coated. Place back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and allow the chocolate to set. Serve and enjoy!
