These shots... sure are evocative. 

Not only is the reflection showing us his chin scar, giving the reminder of how beat up he is and how “where I’m from, even chances have to be earned” is a very bad thing, but it’s also giving us a doubled profile shot of him, not unlike the doubled profile drawing of the brothers in the corner of Philip’s journal last episode.

So Philip probably heard Luz call Lilith by her real name that one time as she was scurrying into the cavern, right, but Lilith consistently called Luz “Luzura” the whole time they were in the past. 

So Belos may well think that her name is Luzura and Luz is just a nickname. 

Imagine him giving her a big dramatic creepy evil overlord speech and halfway through it he calls her Luzura and she just chokes on her own giggles
