Happy Superb Owl Sunday to all! I know it's the day we've been looking forward to all year, I sure do!

Here's a few SuperbOwl facts (courtesy of InternationalOwlCenter.org):

- The oldest known Great Horned Owl (pictured here!) lived to 28 years of age!

- There are about 20 species of owl in North America

- Owls have almost no movement ability in their eyes, so it's a great help that their necks are so flexible!

- Speaking of necks, while they can't turn their heads around all the way, most can turn up to 270 degrees!
