My dearest Eobe, I finally made the time to draw one of the clone OCs from your amazing Owl Squad. I love how much character you put into them, and the lore you're creating around them. It's really inspiring <3 I had a hard time choosing between these five beautiful boys, but ended up drawing Source - with his serious stare. I might have added a Matrix background to fit more into the Source Code:

Day 5: Reveal
Alix Kubdel had her secrets. Secrets she vowed to take to her grave which is why she cursed herself one fateful night for getting sloppy. For so long she’d been careful, ensuring she was never being watched or followed, barring herself off from the world for a few short hours while she indulged in her darkest secret. She supposed it was her own fault for not being more cautious, but how was she supposed to anticipate this happening?
All she could do now was sink into her couch and hide her face as Kim and Max stood dumbstruck in the door of her bedroom, eyes wide and mouths agape while her face burned with shame. She supposed it was fortunate that it was these two buffoons who found out as she was usually pretty good at controlling them, and it wouldn’t take much convincing to get them to keep their mouths shut. Still, she didn’t like anyone having something embarrassing to lord over her head, and this was probably one of Alix’s most tightly kept secrets.
“You like rom-coms?” Kim gasped, a wide smirk spreading across his cheeks.
“No, I was just watching this to make fun of it,” She tried to no avail, and Kim and Max exchanged cheesy grins.
“Alix likes romantic comedies!” Max shouted, and she felt her blood boiling.
“Shut up, you jerks!” She stomped her foot, cheeks flush.
“What? Whoa, hey, no, this is great news,” Kim said, holding up defensive hands as she raised the pillow in preparation to attack. “Max and I love rom-coms. We have a movie night every Thursday, and we never invited you cause we didn’t know you were into that kind of stuff.”
“Oh, and you’re just about to the best part of The Proposal too!” Max clapped, crawling onto the bed beside her, followed by Kim. Alix eyed them for a moment, tense, but as they settled in she felt her shoulders relax.
“If you two tell anyone about this, I will run your underwear up a flag pole,” She said, crossing her arms over her chest and leaning back against her pillows.
“This is all our little secret. No one can ever find out,” Kim said, and Max nodded in agreement.

ARF Trooper Forest 🌲 Making a campfire isn’t necessary, but he is one of the remaining generation 1 clones and has been stationed on Kashyyyk, making campfires since the first day he has fought side aside with the Wookies.
Owl Squad from the 41st Elite Corps often have missions inmidst the ancient woods of Kashyyyk and other wilderness planets. Forest didn’t even ask the first time, when they all were freshly assigned to their first mission together. He got out of his boots and does what he always does. Neither his vode nor his Commander complained, so he silently enjoyed showing his younger vode that it’s the small things in life that count. Especially for clones, as the next day can always be their last day.
ARC Trooper Source ♟️ As Forest’s batch twin he considers himself lucky that they almost never got parted in their together history, despite different specialisations and application fields.
The more time passed, the more signs were, that maybe it wasn't just "luck". As common it is that clones idolize seasoned gen 1 clones, due to the brute realism all of them get taught for reasons, as special the nicknames are, their vode started to call them.
Source "the Sorcerer" – understandable, as doing complex data extraction and hacking looks like sorcery to younger vode. He would have chosen "No Bullshit" for himself though, claiming this with his no-bullshit face and his grumpiest voice, making everyone laugh.
Forest "the Shaman" – mostly because the long haired, silent clone was a natural with the Wookies, their culture and all the nature he kind of walked through like being born for it. But even more as things happen when he's around. Lucky circumstances. At some point it's somehow conspicuous.
As the twins mostly acted together, known to make things happen that not even Jedi can explain, they got the nickname "The Force Twins" ✨

EVENTUALLY 😱 I tinkered, I drew, I plotted, I redrew and after a lifetime I introduce you officially the complete Owl Squad 🦉 – the main characters of my unplanned and half plotted Star Wars story "The Source Code" at the beginning of their challenges in the Clone Wars.
I work at their OC sheets and three of them are already finished 😎 So the next whole Owl Squad post will be most likely a very big one 🤩😱

I tried out airbrush coloring and a new lining brush. I kind of like it, but I find it almost too clean for my artstyle. If I go for this as comic style I need to finetune ☺️
