and all the best with the bullet journaling!! i bujo in my free time too, and tbh i kinda cheat a little in that i don't do it daily or anything, only when there's an event i wanna record/as a form a stress relief!! it might be easier to start off small too, like bujoing once a week instead of daily right off the bat! and it's okay if it doesn't look "aesthetic" like what people post on the internet, we all start somewhere, and what's important is that you enjoy the process!! besides you'll improve as you continue doing it, so don't worry too much okay :( all the best owly!! <3

Yes, they are medical terms and they are lowkey allusive to the story.

Foramen magnum is a large opening in the base of skull. It's kinda close to the cerebral trunk, which correspont to the central control of breathing and heartbeating. The foramen basically separates body from the brain.

Ictus cordis is the apex throb of heart, it's usually felt in the left corner of sternum bone.

Delirium tremens is a mental and physical state related to abstinence. Majorly for alcohol addiction, it's a condition characterized by hallucinations and tremours caused by a several booze withdraw.

Ex nihilo nihil fit means "nothing comes from nothing", and I thought it fitted bc Akaashi is just a mental state in the story.
