Already know that this man had the eyes of someone who was deceiving, she excused herself to call Gabriel immediately. Although everyone usually assumed so, she wasn’t stupid -- and she could tell the way these new customers were eyeing her and smirking they thought they had it made. An easy steal. She knew she shouldn’t have met them at a warehouse. 

“G,” she sighed, obviously by her tone she was aggravated, “I need you to come to my location -- I just iMessaged it to you. I’m dealing with some Russians who I know are about to try to take my shit and knock me out. I can put up a fight, but I’m not sure how long.” She took kick boxing and kept weapons on her for a reason, but she always went to her childhood friend when she was in tricky situations like this. She stayed scrolling through her phone to give Gabriel time to get her message, before she took a deep breath and strolled back in.

“Listen,” one of them started, out of the three that stood in almost a perfect line, all the same height, maybe even brothers but she wasn’t sure, “we decided, you know, since it’s the first time gettin’ from ya... we would try this batch out, then pay double next time.” He nodded, like it was already set in stone. 

“No, I don’t do fronts.” Dani spoke firmly, her arms crossed on her shoulder, leather from her jacket squeaking since the warehouse was deadly quiet. 

“Well, we’ll pay more next time, yeah? Don’t make this any harder than it needs to be...”
