lunch from today 😋 chicken, wontons (I was craving them), scallions, carrots, green apples, and sesame seeds on a bed of spinach and kale. i don’t know why but my lunches always look better than my dinners 🤔😂
Well, first workout (chest, back, and ab ripper x) of p90x is complete! It was pretty rough, not gonna lie. It sucks not being able to do many reps of each workout. But, that means it can only go up from there! We are keeping track of how many reps we do of each workout so we can compare them at the end!
Our recovery drink while during p90x is chocolate milk, so right after our workout, we had 8 oz of chocolate milk. At least I don't have to completely give up chocolate 🍫
Breakfast was 1/2 cup of egg whites, 1 oz of mushrooms, 1 oz of spinach, and 8 oz of strawberries.
Before And After
Day TWO of p90x!! Today was the day of the dreaded plyometric workout... and we now know why its the mother of all p90x workouts. I'm sweating my butt off! I’m just glad its over with and I can drink my chocolate milk 😋🍫
Tonight we had chicken, mixed veggies, and white rice for dinner.
Sorry for such a late post! We both worked today, so p90x waited until this afternoon once both of us were off. Day 3 was shoulders, arms, and abs.. The ab ripper x dvd is KILLER! Tomorrow is yoga, so hopefully (🤞🏻) it'll be a nice break.
I’m surprisingly enjoying being able to track all my food on my Fitbit and getting in the habit of weighing everything out again. It’s crazy how many calories everything really is once you really weigh it out instead of just counting it as a serving.

Well, I did the thing, even though I didn’t feel like it at first. There are some moves I can’t do yet because I’m not there yet and still need a pull up bar, but I modified where I could, and I’m sure I’ll feel it tomorrow. Also Ab Ripper for P90X2 is much shorter than P90X but just as effective. All the good pain!
