job hunting

So I graduated in May 2015 and have probably filled out over a hundred applications by now. I’ve got a degree in Environmental Science, my HAZWOPER 40-hour certifications, and handful of FEMA ICS certifications, ASA Sailing certifications up to Skipper, and a little bit of customer service and clerical experience. 

I can see the applications being considered, but have yet to receive an interview request. 

I’m starting to feel disheartened. 

Two days ago I learned that my daughter, partner, and I might be out of a place to live much sooner than expected, which worries me.

The Holly King is gone, and the Oak King reigns - Yule is the time of the old winter gods! Hail to Baldur! To Saturn! To Odin! Hail to Ameratsu! To Demeter! Hail to Ra! To Horus! Hail to Frigga, Minerva Sulis and Cailleach Bheur! It is their season, and high in the heavens, may they grant us their blessings this winter day.

Today's been a super shitty today, but with all the messages the Universe kept sending my way (including a rainbow out of nowhere when I was at my lowest), I think it turned out pretty cool, actually.
