I would suggest that you reblog entire discussions rather than simply segments where it appears your agenda has the upper hand. That's not an awfully good way of cataloguing, mod peridot (how professional).

If this is about about reblogging pieces on Down With Hate, then the reason our “agenda” has the upper hand is because it’s the morally sound one.

That’s what happens when your opposition consists of pre-teen maniacs giving trans people a bad name.

If this is an indicator that our posts are literally cutting off pieces of a post, then I’m not doing that, it’s some shit with xkit that I can’t ever seem to fix.

If anyone can give me a hand somehow, that’d be great.

Update - 11-24-15

As of right now most of the mods are caught up with the holiday rush and will be absent from the blog for the most part until the new year. We’ll be back in full force early January to usher in the new year! Thanks for being patient with us!

So, pardon me for asking, but are you kind of new to tumblr, or to a few blogs in this corner of it? I notice that you seem to be going on a couple of archive binges, reblogging some memorable posts.

(message 2) Ah, just read the “about the mods” section. Things are getting clearer. Still, I have to wonder at the reblogging of slightly older content rather than focusing purely on the art censorship niche you seem to have set up about yourself. Not that there aren’t solid reasons to reblog whatever “calm the heck down, people” posts you want to, of course. The RSJ / Anti-SJW mod-team blog I used to be a part of seems to have gone into hibernation.

We’re not strictly dictly art theft and policing here - all of our mods have varying opinions on subjects outside of art and I see no reason to curb that on this page. While yes, the page’s main goal is to catalogue instances of abuse and promote artists suffering from abusive users or art policing, our followers can definitely expect to see other content that’s outside of that niche. ^^ Thanks for the question, jalopyrustbucket!

Oh,hi.

Mod Nyanza here, hi! (Yes, that is an actual color!) Nyan is good for short.

I’m 23 years old, bisexual panromantic, my signs are Taurus with Libra Rising. I’m also a Christian married cis woman. I’m also Latina and a believer of witchcraft and to some extent, otherkin. Things I like include anime, drawing, Steven Universe, Gravity Falls, and MMORPGs like Mabinogi and Final Fantasy XIV (I play on Balmung!). Art is a deeply personal thing-- it comes from you directly, you work your butt off to get good at expressing yourself visually, your ideas and curiosities, worries and experiments. This not only goes for original work, but for fan art-- especially with fun “What if?” experiments with characters.  These are not things to be attacked, they foster creativity and are generally NOT used to oppress and offend anyone. So, this is why I’m here. To defend our rights, as artists, to experiment and draw what we would like to draw without being attacked for it.

I am one of the artists that has been pushed into fear of creating fan content because of this behavior within some of the most prominent fandoms on tumblr (Steven Universe, primarily), and no longer will sit around and let it happen.
