And I agree, I feel like Din is one of those people that would suppress what he's feeling at the moment, and the sounds he would normally make, especially if it's the beginning of a new relationship. You would have to coax it out of him, maybe you yourself would be extra loud to show him that it's alright or you would straight up tell him-- Like after that point I don't think Din would have the strength to deny you 😏

Hi! I wrote the Simple Plan/Jack post, and I wanted to say they were my first concert too!! They're not hugely popular here (netherlands), just with the right crowd, like all those bands!! (except maybe Blink) It's always a game of "hey I haven't seen u since the (similar band) concert!!" but in all honesty that post was me being emo over my own music taste from that age (and sometimes still i mean lets be honest, once a lil emo always a lil emo) and glueing jack to that bc yes

Other bands teenage emo Jack listened to: Yellowcard (which I think you mentioned), The All American Rejects, Metro Station, Michelle Branch, Three Days Grace, Three Doors Down, Bowling for Soup, Dashboard Confessional, Lost Prophets (holy eff the lead singer turned out to be a disgusting sicko which i am just finding out now), Panic at the Disco, Paramore, The Killers, Vertical Horizon, Breaking Benjamin, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Sugarcult, that one song from Relient K, Skye Sweetnam, Teddy Geiger, Ryan Cabrera, Our Lady Peace, My Chemical Romance, Fallout Boy, Marianas Trench (their early albums), Hoobastank, Hedley’s first album before we all found out that the lead singer is absolute human garbage, Jack’s Mannequin, Green Day, Avril Lavigne, like 3 songs from Evanescence, Faber Drive, Daughtry, Linkin Park, Papa Roach, Puddle of Mudd

My ideal day would be a day when it’s warm, but not too hot. I’d do some work that I love, write a bit, read a bit, have a good lunch and dinner, go for a walk in a park, and finally end by watching a fun movie or tv show

Liz never would have caught it if they hadn’t had a rough time sleeping at night, and honestly she felt a little guilty that she was thankful for her partner’s insomnia but by god if this wasn’t the funniest shit ever. One minute Ives was awake, the next they were passed out on the couch. And apparently a sleeping Ives was a talkative Ives.

From somewhere inside the blanket cocoon they had crafted in the course of their nap, she heard a menacing snarl. “Don’t you dare give me pickles.”

At least, the threat would have sounded menacing had it not come from the straw-colored cowlick that peeked out of the blankets. Ives had wrapped themself up good and tight.

Liz tried not to pay it any mind. She set herself to a few tasks in the kitchen: wiping down the counters, putting the chicken in the sink to thaw, things that wouldn’t make too much noise. It seemed sad to say but this was the most entertainment she was able to enjoy in a while, and she certainly didn’t want to do anything too loud and risk missing another comment.

Maybe two minutes had passed of low grumbles and some snuffling before the Very Heated Drama came to a peak, apparently, and she had just started peeling the garlic when she heard a very weak “Just give me the ketchup” with a pause for where the ketchup-napper had refused, and Ives, with more aggression than could be backed up by their 5′1″ 100 pound frame, responded “I’ll pee on you.”

After that, she tried to have some sort of camera with her when she was around and Ives was napping, because she knew, she knew, this would not be the last time she caught them talking in their sleep.

1. if someone wanted to really understand you, what would they read, watch, and listen to?

I suppose they would have to watch RWBY, which is one of my all time favourite shows, then a book that’s really touched me recently is extremely loud & incredibly close, and some of my favourite music is either Mika, or I have this playlist on spotify that’s just a bunch of soft, sweet piano symphonies and that’s honestly so calming to listen to? I love it

4. do you like your name? is there another name you think would fit you better?

I’m pretty okay with my name. I sometimes think it’s a touch more feminine than I feel, and that sucks, but I think it’s a beautiful name. I picked it myself, when I was 7, actually. A name I would love to have gotten instead is Alex? I somehow just really like it.

11. describe your ideal day.

My ideal day is a day on the weekend, maybe a saturday? And it’d be about 15 degrees celsius out, I could wake up quietly, have breakfast in my PJs, get dressed. I’d probably want to spend some time with my friends, who are lovely and I don’t see them enough, and then I’d want to have a nice, fancy dinner with my family. Just sit together, light some candles. All make our favourite dishes? That just sounds lovely. And then have some time for myself, listen to some music, and get some sleep. That’s a pretty ideal day to me.. :)

29. three songs that you connect with right now.

I really love Home by Jeff and Casey Lee Williams, they make some awesome music. I also really love the mood and atmosphere of bubbly young love in the version of Baby It’s Cold Outside, by Michael Buble and Idina Menzel, that’s a lovely version of that song. I also really love the song Hijo de la Luna, by Mecano? It’s in Spanish and I’m not sure what it’s about, but it seems like an interesting story.

I really like this quote from Pyrrha, from rwby. Always makes me sad, to remember how her story ended.
