Ingredients: 1 cup brewed coffee. 1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 tablespoon coconut oil. 1 Medjool date, pitted. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Make a strong cup of coffee the way you like it. Coffee that has been brewed, unsweetened cashew milk, ground cinnamon, coconut oil, pitted Medjool dates, and vanilla extract should all be put into a blender. Turn the blender up to high and blend until all the ingredients are well mixed and the latte is smooth. Put some of the smooth cinnamon cashew latte into a mug. If you want, you can add a pinch of ground cinnamon on top for extra flavor and decoration. Have fun drinking your creamy and tasty cinnamon cashew latte!
