Ingredients: 2 racks of pork ribs. 2 tablespoons Chinese 5 spice powder. 1 teaspoon sea salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup raw honey. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons coconut aminos. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 300F 150C. In a small bowl, mix Chinese 5 spice powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork ribs. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bone side down. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours or until the ribs are tender. In a saucepan, combine honey, minced garlic, coconut aminos, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer the glaze over low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly. During the last 30 minutes of baking, brush the ribs with the honey garlic glaze every 10 minutes. Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve the oven-baked ribs with additional glaze on the side. Enjoy your delicious Paleo Oven Baked Ribs with 5 Spice and Honey Garlic Glaze!
