If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be and why??

In the US, I’ve always wanted to live in either Seattle or San Francisco. Seattle because of the rain and its proximity to Nintendo. San Francisco because it’s a beautiful city. I also like the idea of both cities being walkable/bikeable. Driving is a very stressful activity, so if I didn’t have to do it, I’d rather not.

In the world? Vancouver, BC, hands down. I spent a lot of my summers with family there as a kid, so it’s one of my favorite places in the world. Of course, I haven’t been back in years, so I’m sure my experience of that city now would be much different. Still, I think it would be a nice place to live.

I agree with what you said about anon. My personal integrity demands I be willing to put my name to my words.

As a matter of personal responsibility, I only use the anon feature for memes that ask for it. Other than that, I don’t consider it an option. That being said, I think it’s actually really fantastic for people who are too shy to effuse in the direction of their favorite writers and bloggers in their own name. This is a really great feature for them because they get to flail at someone without feeling like they’ll be seen as weird. I’m all about the anon positivity. I don’t use that feature because I already see not being able to talk to people as something that must be overcome, and being anonymous online is a luxury I’d abuse, regardless of the purpose. I don’t go on anon for negativity because it’s not good for the recipient; I don’t go on anon for positivity because it’s not good for me. None of which is to say that anyone should behave like me for the same reasons. I know where I need to improve, and I put up boundaries accordingly. I’m like a toddler that way, but it works.

A little bit of doggie aspirin might be in order.

Yeah, the glucosamine with chondroitin is pretty much aspirin for doggies. My vet said to increase the regular dosage if Faye seems to need it, so I might try that for today and tomorrow, just to get her back to her normal.

As a long time dog owner yes, I think you're doing the right thing. I know our dogs love to still love to run and play but they also live in the moment and don't realize they're going to pay for it later.

It’s never easy to hear you’re doing all you can when you see your pup still not at 100%. It was good to see her being so active and happy, especially since she’s been moving around a lot less lately. At the same time, I couldn’t help worrying about how she’d feel later. Keeping that balance between play/exercise and rest is going to be a challenge.

Oh, thank you! I’m flattered that you like my writing style, and it makes me blush a bit. It was a surprise when he talked about my post that day and then reblogged me. If I’m being honest, I was shaking for a couple of hours because of the attention and had to turn Tumblr off for the day. I was really touched that so many people liked and related that post, but it also made me a little sad to see so many people saying “ME TOO!” I just wanted to wrap everyone in the warmest blanket I could find and give them the most delicious hot chocolate I could make.

I’m glad you’re here, and I hope I’m able to offer entertainment, at the very least.
