hshshshs to answer both of your questions...tbh not really for so many reasons !! i think it's because the fact that cesare will always hate juan hits hard and i believe there's an insane amount of tragedy to it which is why i love their relationship (like both of them are trapped in their father's vicious cycle of ambition and share a duty to protect their sister, but instead of being brothers in arms, their relationship is laced with hostility). but mostly cesare has a deep disdain for juan also for many reasons like the fact that juan mirrors traits cesare wants to rid himself of and because their father bestowed upon juan what cesare desired most aka the papal army. did cesare love him once? maybe yeah, as their father told cesare when he was advising him to look after juan during his spiral. cesare was barely tolerating him for the sake of their father but eventually he had enough while juan constantly tried to provoke him and get his attention. interestingly the actor who plays juan (david oakes) portrayed the character as having incestuous feelings for both lucrezia and cesare (perhaps consciously or unconsciously). these feelings likely stem from his deep desire to belong in his siblings' world so of course he would instinctively crave their validation because he struggles with feelings of inferiority (especially regarding his parentage). being involved in their incestuous affair would not only bring him a sense of belonging but also a sense of security in his identity as a borgia.

We know about Theon's fashion sense, okay? That means Robb, who loved Theon unconditionally, knew it too, AND, all I can think of now is Robb supporting Theon; especially a younger Theon, to dress how he liked. I can also see Robb asking Theon for advice on what to wear. Robb is a Lord, he knows how he should dress, but he doesn't have Theon's fashion sense, so I can imagine Robb letting Theon pick out his clothes, or even better! It's the closest thing to soulmates I've ever believed. Usually I don't care about the soulmate trope and I don't read soulmate fics just because I find them hard to ground in any emotional reality for myself. I need shit to make sense to me and this just doesn't 99% of the time. But these idiots grew up together, Steve should have died young multiple times, they were devoted to each other from the get-go and that shit just DIDN'T STOP. It's wild but it makes sense in the story. The conflict is abundant which is my jam but they're the same at the end. They've got each other's back no matter what. They're each other's #1 and it's REALISTIC because they survived 100 years together.

The longevity of it definitely adds to the believability of soulmates for me. They didn't spend 20 years apart with no character development so the story could continue, Steve was frozen in the ocean while Bucky was brainwashed and intermittently frozen as well. So they're the "same dudes" in 2018 or whenever Endgame came out. And then they grow together because all they have is each other.

Now Endgame also fucked that up because Steve would never leave Bucky, fuck you MCU, but it's like Jamie/John in OL in the sense where I can enjoy canon and fanon separately. And obviously fanon is superior but it doesn't make me hate Endgame or all of J/C's story. Jamie being bisexual and in love with John makes the story better to me and in my opinion. It's the same with Stucky, the story is better if they're in love (I don't care much but I lean towards gay!Steve, bi!Bucky).

Jamie/John and Stucky are two ships that are so obvious to me that it's comical. How everyone doesn't ship it, let alone see the potential if you don't want to ship it is a mystery I'll never solve.

Do you think Robb reflected at one point in his life that Theon was a hostage, or did he start thinking about it more until he decided to send Theon to the Iron Islands?

From how I see it, Theon has always known that being taken away from his home wasn’t “for his own good” and that “ward” is basically a synonym of hostage, and he’s always made it clear that he doesn’t like the Starks, to the point even Bran and Rickon know that. Therefore I think that Robb didn’t even have to reflect on that, cause if he and Theon are always together (they grew up together after all) then he already knows Theon’s condition very well. I actually think he’s so aware of it and sorry for it that the moment he has the chance to send him back home, he lets him go.

I think he’s always been fully aware that Theon was an hostage, cause he grew up with him and as I said, Theon’s dislike towards the Starks is obvious and he’s probably let Robb know that. Still, Robb seems to be the first and only one to consider Theon being a hostage as a negative thing.

We know that wolves are very attached to their owners and understandably Robb would have been angry and sad, and maybe that would have made greywind growl at him do you think what would have been his reaction?

You know what I just realized? The only reference Robb has about sex is what Theon was telling Robb about his sexual adventures, so there's a good chance that when Jeyne and Robb had sex he was thinking about what Theon had told him.
