‘Sacred Trinity’

Erika Zolli, 34 Varese, Italy Photographed: May 2020 Isolated during the pandemic, Zolli developed a renewed appreciation for her own inner life. In this self-portrait, the Milan-based fine art photographer examines the tension between her conscious actions and unconscious desires. 

Says Zolli, “This shot is a sort of reminder that I wanted to give to myself to always go on, even when doubts arise.”

Geralt runs into Jaskier a year or so after they parted due to perhaps, Geralt overreacting during a stressful time. He hadn't expected Jaskier to actually leave. Ciri is wintering with Yennefer and it has perhaps been a bit lean for Geralt. And it seems Jaskier has thrived. Good for him. Geralt is sure this brief encounter is all that will occur and he'll move on, alone like usual.

But to his surprise Jaskier joins him once more. Only whenever they are in a village, Jaskier always buys them the best room, hot baths, Geralt has new armor, and once was given coin to go buy those 'pretty stabby things you were drooling over in the window.' He had snarled, but then bought them. They were really nice daggers.

Geralt really wishes he could figure out what was going on. And why all the care feels rather not bad. Not bad at all.

006: NJ TRANSIT

It’s strange watching yourself live. Like really watching—projected large in front of you in a theater with no one else inside. That was me. Sitting alone, watching pieces of my life stitched together like a film I didn’t audition for, but somehow starred in anyway.

This chapter of The Search Continues starts with a garage gym, a camera, and Coach Sharaim—someone who helped me train my body during a time the world told us to stay inside. We shot a gritty commercial for Beast Factory Gym during the pandemic. Nothing fancy, just honest. Just necessary.

2020 felt like a glitch in the system. Loss everywhere—lives, jobs, momentum. But also space. Space to rethink how we lived and worked. I kept filming, kept learning, kept moving.

Isolation cracked open something real. 

I didn’t want to live in my parents’ home anymore, not because I didn’t love them—but because I needed to grow. 

Independence wasn’t just a want, it was a next step. Around that time, I landed a remote video editor job, and suddenly I was on the road—camera in hand, no permanent zip code.

All those miles, all those faces. All those questions.

Maybe it’s time to leave Jersey… for real this time?
