Hi! Sorry to bother you. Hope you can help me. I am trying to upload a video on you tube with the song bloodsport but I can't avoid copyright. I use pitch shift effect but it doesn't work. Could you tell me which settings did you use to avoid copyright? Thanks in advance

Hey, okay so I use Audacity to change the pitch of the songs in my videos. I remember that without changing the pitch my bloodsport video was blocked in every country. Anyway… I don’t remember what my settings were exactly but I think that my Percent Change was about 10.000. After changing the pitch the video wasn’t blocked anymore but I didn’t manage to avoid copyright completely. The viewing restrictions are none but the change of pitch wasn’t enough. At first the change of pitch seemed to work on that song but after a bit I noticed that “Includes copyrighted content” showed up. If the change of pitch doesn’t work you need to augment the Percent Change to 11.000 or 12.000 or higher to be sure to avoid copyright. It also depends on how you like the song. I don’t like when the voice starts to sound too much pitched so sometimes I just give up on avoiding copyright. If the video is not blocked in every country I leave it like that.

English is not my first language and sometimes it’s hard to explain these things so… if you need something else or something wasn’t clear let me know :)
