CatMan by Parari
What looks like a fun manga on the outside takes a serious turn on the inside. The author uses the concept of anthropomorphic cats that live alongside humans to talk about serious subjects like respect, boundaries, and consent. There's also moments where human characters have to choose whether to be allies and stand up for the cats, or just go with the flow. Additionally, some intra-community cat discussions are had over whether or not it's acceptable to ever be considered cute by humans.
There are multiple lenses these vignettes can be viewed from when it comes to discrimination, anyone who has had difficulty being taken seriously in the workplace or personal life can probably relate to one or more of the scenarios the cats in this book experience.
