🌷🍧👒 (uwu ❤️)
🌷 writing achievement you want to brag about
uhh i wrote a 90k word novel in 30 days once LOL...she's still sitting in my documence somewhere. i'm also p proud of hadea <3
🍧 weirdest place you’ve written
i am forever writing on trains and buses..that's probably the least Conventional place I habitually write
👒 nicest thing you’ve done to your characters
😌❓
asdhakjsd recently stumbled into this interactive story by @parkerlyn called 'The Nameless,' i've been playing it in between classes it's great
Another oc in a garden an IF RO, this time Oisein (right side) from The Nameless by @parkerlyn
I love this game and only in part because we play as a fey-based creature. Clearly above is the human forms of both characters, mostly because I haven't decided how Tatia looks in their leanhaun form yet :P
(I still can't do backgrounds ahhhhh, so I'm including a transparent version as well)
hallo hallo sliding into your inbox with some writing questions 👀❤️ Using the same, which RO would you romance vs who would be your best friend? Is there a character or setting not yet in your demo that you're excited to write about and introduce? What part of your world is your favorite to write? (i.e descriptions of places or people, the magic, the combat, the characters, etc)❤️
hallo hallo! ❤️
Which RO would you romance vs who would be your best friend?
Romance? Ohh... hmm... My gut instinct is to say Alexia, but I think we’re too similar. It’s probably Mel. Independent, involved in his own interests, comfortable being off doing his own thing but extremely attentive when he is with you... Theatre kid. Oh no. I described my own relationship. 😂
For friends? Either Alexia or Calla. Like Calla is extremely extroverted, but she’s extroverted in the way that when you hang out with her, she’s the centre of all the energy and you can just kind of sit there and quietly enjoy yourself with absolutely no pressure to engage (have I mentioned that I am very introverted). Alexia has so much of me in her that it’d kind of be like hanging out with myself ahaha.
Is there a character or setting not yet in your demo that you're excited to write about and introduce?
I cannot WAIT to get to Velantis. I’ve had the first scene in my head for about a year and I can’t wait to write it because it’s so visual. The city will leave an impression, for sure.
I’m excited for Nelani and Felix; they’re mid-stage characters, though, so it will be a long time before I get to them and I wish I could speed that up a bit because I think they are both Neat. I am also excited for Felix’s moms. I love his moms. Best moms. Merchant moms! I’m not 100% sure yet, but I think you’ll meet his moms before you meet him.
What part of your world is your favorite to write? (i.e descriptions of places or people, the magic, the combat, the characters, etc)
Combat, for sure. I love stage combat and fight choreography and I think very visually when I write those scenes. I love the energy and the tactile feeling of fight sequences. The pacing, the way characters sense the environment, the ways things can go right, the ways things can go wrong, the balance of risk vs reward, the stakes... Mix that in with game mechanics and it is very satisfying for me to put all the pieces together.
