Багрянец листвы Девичьего винограда (лат. Parthenocissus) под ослепляющими лучами октябрьского солнца. The crimson leaves of the Maiden grape (lat. Parthenocissus) under the blinding rays of the October sun.
Plant of the Day
Wednesday 6 May 2026
The tracery of the self-clinging climber, Parthenocissus tricuspidata (Boston ivy, Japanese ivy) makes a winter feature on this wall, probably more dramatic as the surface is not entirely covered. In spring this very vigorous plant is just producing the next set of ovate or three-lobed leaves that will turn a brilliant crimson and purple in autumn.

Still thinking about this every day and you should too.
Edit and update:
Ok I went to bnb river boats this year with my friend Spencer and had a blast, The cool features were tents not just boats, OhioRiverFoundation, Boat Lab, Stone Lab Lake Erie, USEPACINCINNATI, and MillCreekAlliance were there as well as another educational freshwater research tent that had a "Catch Of The Day tank. Truly incredibly magnificent.
