I freaking love Pastor Ted and I'm not ashamed to admit it. His dad jokes are on point. 👌

Thoughts While Watching PLL “Power Play”
1) I forgot how messed up the Aria/Nicole/Ezra triangle was.
2) Alison: “Have You Eaten?” Aria: “I’m not really hungry.” Alison: “That’s not what I asked.” Damn, those maternal instincts kicked on real fast. Look at Mama Ali!
3) Fury: “Are you always up this early?” I feel that on a spiritual level, Marco.
4) Damn, Fury is hot without a shirt.
5) “Does this smell?” Emily Fields’ way of determining whether something is clean or dirty is basically me.
6) Emily: *grabs toast and takes a bite of it, then asks if she can eat it* XD. Pam Fields would have a coronary if she could see you, Emily!
7) So, Spencer and Alex are Melissa’s half-sisters. And Spencer/Alex and Cece were half-blooded siblings (Pastor Ted is CeCe’s dad and Peter is the twins’ dad). And Cece, Alex, and Spencer are all Ali’s first cousins. And Jason, Spencer, and Alex were all half-siblings. And Jason and Cece were cousins. This shit is so fucking confusing. Everyone in this Goddamn town is probably sleeping with their second cousin or some shit.
8) It’s so classic “A” to be sending body parts to the police.
9) Nicole did to Ezra’s book what I did when I read “Twilight”
10) Paige: “I thought I was over high school.” Me: *sings “High School Never Ends” at the top of my lungs*
11) For a show about girls keeping secrets, they sure spill a lot of them with their dumb moves…like leaving abortion pamphlets all hanging out of their bags at school.
12) Pastor Ted is still my favorite dude…even if he is hiding Mary Drake.
13) Man, having Alison register for a bunch of baby stuff for a child she’s planning on aborting might be the most twisted thing A has ever done.
14) Okay, I’m not a Paily fan, but the “let’s race for it” Paily scene was cute. Emily: “You’re insane.” Paige: “You’re just afraid you’re gonna lose.” That look on Em’s face tho!
15) How did Ali even find that puzzle piece on the little baby-mobile when she was having a panic attack?
16) Sydney ain’t no “A.D”. Get out of there with that bullshit. She ain’t even got enough game to be a card in solitaire.
17) Ted was Mary’s (first) baby daddy. How did such sweet sperm end up making such a sadistic little child?
18) Lucas and Charles were friends. Pass it on.
19) Sasha and Shay crushed the scene where Ali tells Emily the truth about the baby. Like…I still get chills watching it. I mean, like...seriously. They are amazing together.
20) “They must have been planning this for a really long time.” A.D. has been an Emison shipper since day 1.
21) Mary killed Jessica and framed Peter. But Peter is still a bastard.
22) Look at all my little baby liars pictures on the phone A.D is using to pick her next victim.
Arcturus and the Bear
By now we know that “Arcturus” is a constellation known as “Guardian of the Bear.”
So, if Arcturus is protecting someone, then... who’s the bear?
We’ve had a limited amount of bear references on this show, but enough to think that this is a clue.
First we had Hanna’s classic line...
“Sometimes you poke the bear, and other times the bear pokes you.”
Then, in 6x01 we had this line from Ali:
“If we don’t poke the bear, it’ll just keep hibernating.”
And then, somewhere between 6x01 and 6x10 Marlene posted this on Instagram:
With the caption: “A’ Does have a soul.”
Then in the nightmare that was 6x10...
Charles with his teddy bear when he is being dropped at Radley, and Charlotte with her bear as she tells Ali her tale.
Off topic: Do we, or do we not think it’s significant that these are different bears? Just saying, maybe the fact that Charlotte has a different bear from flashback Charles, is because they aren’t the same person.
Then there’s this from the Haleb proposal...
and lastly, these two statements from 7x18...
OK, so now is the time for the classic PLL game “Is this a clue, or is it nothing?”
I personally feel like their have been enough bear references in 7B alone (I kow there was another one in 7B, but I can’t find it... I think it was another Hanna line...) to put this up for consideration as a clue... but a clue to what?
The only thing I got out of this is a fairly obvious reference to Pastor Ted, what with the church literally having a secret tunnel to Radley, and multiple references to a Teddy Bear. (This is where I emerge from the wing with my dream that Ted just fathered every child on the A team.)
THAT ISN’T EVEN HER DAD THO
isn’t it ironic that charlotte died in the rosewood Church, the same exact place Pastor Ted, her biological father worked
pll characters as things from history of the entire world, i guess
alison: some stars burn out and die, bigger stars burn out and die WITH PASSION
aria: china is whole again then it broke again
caleb: this is bullshit. this whole thing is bullshit. that's a scam. fuck the church. here's 95 reasons why, said martin luther
charlotte: alexander just had the idea of conquering the entire persian empire. it’s a great idea, he was great. and now he’s dead
emily: that's pretty cool. by the way, where the hell are we?
ezra: hi, said the parthians, taking over the whole place. heyyyyyyyy, said the romans, eating the entire mediterranean for breakfast
hanna: nope, can't walk yet, and there's no food so i don't care
lucas: there’s more farming and more people to make more things for more people and now there’s business, money, writing, laws, power. society, coming soon to a dank river valley near you
jenna: time to conquer all of indiaaaa, er, most of indiaaaa
jason: the suN IS A DEADLY LAZER
mona: britain and france are having a friendly discussion over who should control the entire world, more specifically, ohio
mike: norte chico
paige: fuck it, time to plant some grass. look at this, i control the food now, now everyone will want to be my friend and live near me
pastor ted: you could make a religion out of— no don't
spencer: wait! said christopher columbus, probably smoking crack, if the world is round let's go this way to india
toby: they didn't get ethiopia
wren: is it tonga time? i think it's tonga time
Was it just me or did Pastor Ted seem genuinely concerned and disturbed when Hanna mentioned that she not only knew Lucas but they were sitting on his sofa? Obviously, Ted cares about Hanna after having dated her mother and he’s the closest thing she has to a father figure but that look on his face made me think something genuinely disturbing happened at that camp involving Lucas. It was a camp for “troubled young boys” but the contrast between how he described Charles (quiet, soft-spoken, smarter than everyone else) and the look when they talk about Lucas is something I might be reading too much into.
