Updates
hey tumblr, it’s been awhile. i’m less active here now, though i do check for messages or @s almost every day so if you want to get ahold of me i’m still around :)
here’s some of the stuff that’s been taking up all my time:
Hailstorm! I’d heard some little cat crying outside for several days but only managed to find her during a hailstorm. I smuggled her inside and after a talk with Skep, took her to the vet rather than the humane society to see if she was chipped or had any outstanding medical issues. with neither, we got her spayed and gave her her vaccinations and took her home. Hailey is a darling lovely girl who is very chatty and full of burbles.

anyhow we’re still working on getting her and Finn accustomed. Finn is fine but Hailey is scared of him, so we’re just slowly merging their spaces and trying to give them both a lot of attention. my cat children!! my good daughter and good son!!
i also got approved for disability support, which, wow, thank goodness. i doubted they’d give it to me as it’s common to get denied the first time, which the provincial version had already done for me. but they accepted it right away which actually helps with some of the imposter syndrome feelings about it. anyhow that’s going to help a lot with money and i’ve paid back the bulk of my top surgery debt with the backpay of the last 2 years that came in a few days ago.
to celebrate still having some dollars, i got this today:
i’ve wanted one to even out my wrists for awhile so i got my “gender planets” and the moon. it’s been awhile since i last got a tattoo, looking forward to the next one soon.
