Don’t Patronize Me

I HATE when people sweep me under the rug.  Having a discussion with someone, only to have them tell me I “just don’t understand” an idea, or that I “can be wrong sometimes”, just because I chose to share my opinion, or question the legitimacy of their statements.  Even on the simplest things like a t.v. show--getting teased for double checking information, being told I’m wrong, without reasons why, when I’m sitting right there with research open on the computer proving otherwise.  Why even talk to anyone when anything I say doesn’t mean anything.

It’s been a long day.
