armandling need a smoko

Giving him a vape instead, he has his own vape cloud now.
Eric and Assad in Polish magazine interview featuring honest to god some of the scariest flirting you have seen between two people in your entire life
AMC really struck gold with the unreliable narrator idea because now people will insist that any flaw in the storytelling is actually a genius premeditated reflection of a fallible narrator, any pacing issues are actually a genius premeditated reflection of a characters psyche, and any lack of character development is actually a genius premeditated reflection on a characters refusal to face their own trauma, and having cheap looking production is actually a genius premeditated reflection of a characters memories, and any unwarranted deviation from the source material is actually a genius premeditated lie that will be proven false at some unspecified point, and any poor handling of sensitive subjects is actually a genius premeditated commentary on the characters own failings, etc, etc.
And it is exhausting.

The key to writing good fanfiction is to harbor a deeply humiliating desire, and the trick there is that even pretty basic and societally-accepted desires like “being held” and “being wanted” CAN and WILL be humiliating if they’re intense enough. Become so estranged from human connection that the idea of someone playing with your hair fills you with yearning so deep you feel like you’re going to throw up and you will write some banger fanfiction. It might have some other consequences too but idrk about that.
I hope having sex thinks about me too
Actually, the part where i am disappointed after wishing very hard is my favorite so i hope more than I care to admit
In Pandora, it seems that Akasha shares visions of a time when fledglings were using her by force to Make More vampires with Pandora. I don't know if a 4th season will use this side story as any inspiration for a motivation, but I think it adds an extra dimension to her possible opposition to The Great Conversion, contention with Gabriella as one of its leaders, and [the yet to be depicted] story of Mekare and Maharet and their role with the creation of vampires and the horrific punishment Akasha and Enkil put them through as a parallel to what Akasha later suffers before she decided to hibernate
we still dont know what the armand was right tattoo means, the armand conspiracy board in the detroit coven was for, or his plan really is/was do we?? incomprehensible unimpressive disappointing arc in a season with no breathing room
after actually thinking about it was about Armand manipulating the vampires who still held the five great laws in reverence against Lestat and transforming humans who were vulnerable and suggestible into his minions but then the climax of that arc ended up with him torturing... Louis... ultimately disappointing. Integrating Alex into the arc could have been interesting. If Armand's arc and the Band's arc had more meat it could have been something instead of the nothingburger it ended up being. They had that band cast doing the most and we got almost nothing. The limited perspective lead to too much obfuscation even then they tried to pose Lestat as an omniscient narrator.
Knowing that in QOTD Akasha destroys the vast majority of late-gen vampires and keeps only the most ancient vampires and Lestat's relations around before deciding to cull the earth i wonder where that leaves the rest of the band in a 4th season. TC will probably live since she is Lestat's fledgling but i would not be surprised if Alex and Salamander end up having no where to go but with the rest of the fledglings. A <shocking> end for the problem of the underdeveloped band that will just be another distraction if they live. I would not care<3 like i dont think Gabriella would care whole lot if Alex died she is a deadbeat maker and he was a means to an end.
Flavours of unreliable narrator:
Lying to the reader
Lying to themselves
Simply misinformed
Not paying attention
Has weird priorities
Assumed you knew
Hates you personally
Bad at communicating
Easily sidetracked
Will believe anything
Has weird prejudices
Just kind of dumb
when me and the bestie finished watching each episode of iwtv and when we finished the series we had sooo much to talk about and when we finished the tvl season we were sitting there like yup that's it.
