when we were younger, didn't it all seem too complicated when our parents explained  half-siblings, half-lives and half-truths? at which point in our lives did we understand these complicated ways? at which point did we understand the answer is ultimately because we're human and that is as comforting as it is terrifying

the beauty of dreams lies within its intangible nature infinite possible universes built but unknown as a union how many universes have we created?

lost at sea, where i always thought it was, is and will be everything and anything. impatient juries and common sins, untimely justice and deadly greed that we shall do and be. if it is a coin, we are heads then tails. we are the troughs and crests in other's echoes we are a number and a memory, someone's sun and another's cloud. we are a small yet significant part of it. it is not the same without us. it is not chance and yet, we hope for the consequence we didn't choose yesterday. we search for it our whole lives and some doubt it exists. but i have always believed it is the sum of everything, it is inevitable, if we are a droplet it is the sea.

the memories of waking up next to you everyday burns in the back of my head and it was all I could think about when people told me to go to my happy place but now those memories haunt me taking me to my worst place a reality without you

i fear that what keeps us apart is not distance but indifference we have unknowingly built up

as tough as it was i grew from everything this year fighting demons, enemies and even myself i’ve never cried harder never feared more and never laughed this much i almost fell in love broke a few promises and learned new things about myself 2018 has been one hell of a ride i’ve never felt more alive but now it’s time to start clean welcome, 2019

if all i’ve ever known is unrequited love, would you blame me for not pursuing you? the most beautiful person i’ve ever known, passionate and kind, angelic and sweet, out of my reach, you are extraordinary. would you hold it against me if i chose to admire you from afar and let you live your life like a star? i shall be your ultimate fan supporting you from the sidelines. i hope you won’t hate me for completely denying you of the infinities we could have known in this finite life, a love beyond words, a love beyond belief. but that is, all optimistically speaking. from experience, all i’ve ever known are fantasies that would break my heart at midday and love only coming from my way. however, you are different, you touch my soul with your essence. i can’t explain it but i know i can’t risk letting you know simply because i don’t know what i would do if you, too, turned me down.
