ok but i don't think you understand how liberating it is to having received my diagnosis. i feel like i can finally talk about, share posts and educate people on what it's like to live with a personality disorder without worrying about if i'm taking up too much space or faking it (i still do though since i have an avpd-ocpd hybrid personality disorder but now i can at least fall back on my psychologist's words and use them to remind myself i have the right to be here)
